Of Utmost Betrayal

A dark work. Betrayal is THE worst crime one can commit to a fellow human being. Sadly, people betray one another constantly...sometimes unknowingly, leaving the other to die alone.
My message is this: never become the individual who's foot prints turn away from someone in need. Be the good samaritan and do all in your power to help. The day may come when you take the girl's place...
Who will help you in your time of need?

Edit: An interesting notion was given to me by friend. She said this: maybe the scarf was a representation of humanity and it's emotions. As people do, we wear our scarfs on the outside around our necks. Same with our feelings. The scarf and her blood is vibrant. It's alive and flowing. But she herself is not. She's dying.
As she is human, therefore, this is a representation of a dying humanity.
Humanity is dead.
